Acrylic is a powder polymer & liquid monomer nail system that can be used as an overlay or extensions on your natural nails. This systems hardens with air and creates a durable and structured enhancement for your nails. Acrylic is very hard and non-flexible. If you are clumsy, do heavy lifting, wash your hands excessively or work often with your hands, this service may not be for you. Acrylic is a great option for clients that like a hard and sturdy enhancement. It is also a great option to extend your nails if your fingers do not qualify for Gel-X. A durable, high-shine polish that hardens or "dries" with an LED lamp. This service is best suited for someone who just wants their nails colored or decorated and keeps their nails very short. With proper maintenance, a Gel Manicure can last 2-3 weeks. Gel-X is a nail extension systems that uses pre-formed, full cover nail tips made of 100% soft gel, applied directly to the natural nail with extend gel and cured under an LED lamp. This services is for adding length while providing flexibility and strength. Gel-x can last up to 4 weeks and must be soaked off before applying a new set. Some nail length is required to apply Gel-X tips. Please ensure your nails are grown enough to cover some of your fingertip skin before booking. A thick viscosity Gel that hardens or "dries" with an LED Lamp. This Gel is specifically designed to add structure to your natural nails and protect them from chips or cracks. There are 2 types of structured gels offered at Cutzie Nails, Soft and Hard Gel. Soft Gel is more flexible and can be soaked off or filled-in. It is more suitable for those that like to keep their nails short or have damaged nails. Hard Gel CANNOT be soaked off but can be filled-in. It is much stronger but less flexible than soft gel. It is best suited for those that want to grow out their nails and keep them long. I DO NOT extend the nail with Structured Gel.
